After a long hiatus, Travis Scott is back teaming with Air Jordan, this time to debut his new “Reverse Mocha” low-top 1s, leaving many fans wondering if Nike has announced a release date yet.

Although Jordan’s are typically among some of the best basketball shoes around, these low-tops look to be catering more to the lifestyle and everyday wear market with their design.

Moreover, with their lighter colour scheme compared to the 2019 “Dark Mocha” release, these sneakers are well-positioned to be considered some of the best sneakers for this summer.

Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Reverse Mocha Release Date

Despite Travis Scott’s daughter Stormi wearing the “Reverse Mocha” colourway back in September 2021, a release date for the sneakers has only just been revealed.

According to reports, the Travis Scott 1s will launch on 21 July 2022 in full-family sizing.

However, this is still subject to change, so make sure you check back in with us as we’ll be keeping this article updated with the latest release date news as and when it arrives.

Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Reverse Mocha Design

As their name suggests, the “Reverse Mocha” 1s invert the sail and brown colour scheme of the original “Mocha” Fragment design to create a stunning and much lighter pair of sneakers.

The base layer of the shoes arrives in brown suede, while the majority of the overlays come dressed in a sail-coloured leather. As an aside, check out our guide to cleaning leather and suede shoes right here.

You also get oversized, backwards-facing Swooshes along the lateral sides in a slightly darker cream tone, while the medial sides feature Nike’s regular branding.

University Red accents are then placed across the sneakers to contrast the neutral tones.

For instance, the tongues feature the Nike Air logo in red, with “Cactus Jack” branding appearing slightly to the side.

The right shoe also includes the usual Jordan Wings insignia in red, but the left sneaker features a crudely drawn face with a sewn-up mouth to round off this collaborative design in classic Travis Scott fashion.

Where To Buy The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Reverse Mocha

Picking up a high-profile collaboration such as these Travis Scott 1s isn’t easy. However, we believe one of the best places to buy a pair will be through the Nike store.

Keep an eye on Nike’s SNKRS launch page as well, and sign up for the push notifications once a listing goes live so you’re completely prepared for their arrival.

If neither proves successful, we’d recommend keeping an eye on the resale market under the Travis Scott subsection at StockX.
