I found him, the guys are stepping up and just always there, whatever we needed and it just continued for years. Accomplishment is very challenging, but we all stuck together and got by play.. You know how I feel, like my dad’s with me, every step of the way and, frankly, a little bit closer to him. Out of the 301 men and women who graduated from the New York Fire Academy on Tuesday, 13 of them lost parents in the line of duty on 9/11. Now, they’re following in their family members’ footsteps to honor them.
