Kroger grocery stores to stop accepting Visa credit cards

Kroger the largest supermarket chain in the US and now it’s Monday they will no longer accept Visa credit cards and their California stores in a statement the company said they will no longer accept the credit cards because does rates and fees are among the highest of any brand the stores will however continue to accept Visa debit card to change goes into effect beginning August 14th
The biggest supermarket chain in the U.S. is threatening to bar the use of Visa cards in a dispute over the “swipe” fees it pays to handle customers’ credit and debit card transactions.
