The victim was killed by an arrow when the Northeast end of the city. Early yesterday morning, with more on the search for answers tonight, TV special long joins us live Peter maksoud. He was shot and killed by an arrow, and now investigators are to determine what exactly happened. Police and EMS responded to an address on Arbor Glen Crescent. Around 1 a.m. yesterday morning after a 911 caller reported that a man had been hit by narrow the 46 year-old underwent surgery, but later died from his injuries in hospital.
