So it seems like we hear about CBD all the time people are buying lotions Edibles there vaping it is touted to do things like help. Depression, help with pain, help with anxiety, got some new use for CBD, but it’s out there and being taken by a lot of different people with no real guidelines and plays no guidelines from the FDA. The only approved used for it is for Pediatric about to be on that. It’S basically, basically, this kind of free for all, except for today we have this very interesting move by medical organization called the Arthritis Foundation, and there are about 50 million people in this country who suffer from it’s an ear constantly looking for some sort of help with Their pain, Arthritis Foundation today releasing guidelines on how to use CBD. Basically, what they’re saying is we know you’re using it, here’s how we you should use it, which, by the way, is different than saying. We recommend that you use it. So that’s an important distinction. There are number of recommendations, I’ll give you just a few of them. The first is: go low and slow and basic. That means start with a low dosage and only slowly increase it until you get to a point where it starts to make a different. The other thing is go to a reputable company. That means a company that selling it that verifies that they served an independent lab has tested it and another one. This is an important one to four people who are already on arthritis: medication, stop taking that medication and replace it with CBD, stay with your on, and also speak to your doctor. Talk to your doctor about whether or not this is a good idea, but it just emphasizes his point that that CBD was has now been out there for quite a while.
